Hello and welcome to the official YMDA online registration. This form mirrors the brochure and
all registrations go to Tom Gray at ski adventures. Contact us with any problems or issues.
Reservations To confirm the 43rd Annual Ski Trip, please fill out the enclosed registration form and send, Only the $300.00 deposit, to Ski Adventures by August 15, 2010. This form will go to Tom Gray online after you submit it.. But we are not taking deposits online just yet..
We will be limiting the trip to 120 people.Therefore, all reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The final billing, flight, and activity schedule will be sent September 5, 2010.
Final payment is due October 11, 2010.
Price of Your Package Your price package of $1,159.00 (option 1) $1,139.00 (Option 2) includes:
• Roundtrip air travel, direct from MSP to DEN • Roundtrip bus transfer (2 hours) from Denver to Vail • Four nights lodging at Manor Vail Lodge • Full breakfast daily • Five day (option 1) Four day (Option 2) • interchangeable lift ticket • Two drink tickets for Manor Vail Lodge • Get-acquainted party • DinnerattheAnnualAwardsCeremony.
Please be aware, due to rising costs, the airlines may add a small fuel surcharge to the final billing.
Cancellation & Final Payment 1) A $300.00 per person deposit is required by August 15,
2010 and is refundable except for a $50.00 service charge up to ninety (90) days prior to departure.After September 6, 2010, the deposit is non-refundable unless the space is resold.
2) Afterthefinalpaymentismade,thedepositis nonrefundable unless the space is resold. If the space is sold, your payment will be refunded except for a $100.00 service charge. If the space is not resold, only the cost of the lift ticket and banquet can be refunded.
