We are offering two commercial flights on a first come, first served basis. You cannot switch flight times between itinerary options. Your confirmation packet will include airline information and flight times. No baggage fees on SW! (2025 is the last year)

Ski Equipment Rental

Discounted ski equipment rentals will be available. Information will be included in your confirmation packet and at WWW.YMDA.ORG.

First Class Accommodations
Manor Vail Lodge, located at the base of Golden Peak, brings the wonder of Vail Mountain to your doorstep. The full-service Manor Vail Lodge features handsomely decorated, privately-owned luxury condominiums. They include all the comforts of home including full equipped kitchens, fireplaces and a patio or balcony. Lodge amenities include a health club, heated pool, whirlpools and sauna. Lodge services include a 24-hour front desk, business center, housekeeping, bell services, concierge and free town shuttle. YMDA has reserved, two bedroom/three bath manor houses that accommodate 4 persons and one bedroom/studio units accommodating 2 persons each. Our goal is to provide each person with
an individual bed.

Responsibility and Disclaimer
Young Men’s Downtown Association Inc. (“YMDA”) and Ski Adventures by Tom Gray (“Ski Adventures”) hereby jointly acknowledge and agree that YMDA and Ski Adventures are only service providers and are wholly independent of one another. Ski Adventures normally and customarily provides travel, accommodations, and other related services for ski tour package trips. In the absence of negligence on the part of either YMDA or Ski Adventures, neither party shall be responsible to the other nor to any
participant on any ski tour package trip made available through YMDA and Ski Adventures for any personal injury or property damaged and/or to any participants thereon caused by any air and/or carrier, hotel or other supplier of any of the services being offered in connection with any such ski tour package trips. YMDA, Inc. and Ski Adventures, Inc. reserve the right to change destinations and make other changes that may be required to improve the quality of the ski trip.
